By executing workflows through this integration, you acknowledge and agree that all automated actions, content payloads, and uploaded video files must fully comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines, Developer Terms of Service, and Commercial Content Policies. We do not tolerate spam, inappropriate material, or copyrighted assets without proper authorization.

4. Intellectual Property

All video content, branding, characters, and assets scheduled or published via this service remain your exclusive intellectual property. Poets4Life Studio claims no ownership over the content you distribute using our platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to maintain perfect execution uptime, we are not responsible or liable for any API rate-limiting penalties, network integration anomalies, delayed posts, or sudden account restrictions imposed directly by the TikTok platform infrastructure.

6. Termination of Integration

You may revoke the App's access to your TikTok account at any time via your personal TikTok Security Settings page. We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently revoke API connection tokens if we detect violations of these Terms without prior notice.
